WCOVA TimeBank

New Member Orientation

New members are required to complete an orientation, which can be a group orientation or a one-to-one orientation using our online orientation described below.  The biggest benefit of group orientation is meeting other timebankers so you can find people you may want to exchange services with.  You can also meet other timebankers by attending potlucks and other events.  The TimeBank has an orientation or other event about once a month.  New members receive 2 hours of time credit after completing orientation.

     To complete online orientation:

(1) Signup online by clicking on "Join" from the login box (enter your name, e-mail and password),

(2) Read our Member Agreement and our Member Handbook.  Organizations need to print and complete the Membership Application for Organizations.

(3) Contact a coordinator for a one-to-one meeting during which you'll sign the Member Agreement, pay annual dues (sliding scale, $10-$20 for individuals; $15-25 for organizations), and review this Power Point Presentation

Contact a coordinator by sending an e-mail to or use the envelope link at the top right of this page.  You may also call a coordinator at 276-623-3246.
